Coached Run Session

  • 7.30pm-8.30pm
  • Meet at the bandstand behind pool in the park

COACHED SWIM TRAINING

  • 1 Lane Available – 5 Swimmers
  • Pool in the Park – Main Pool
  • 6.30-7.30am

COACHED SWIM TRAINING

  • 1 Lane Available – 5 Swimmers
  • Riverbourne Chertsey
  • 8.30-9.30pm

NO FORMAL TRAINING

CLUB INDOOR CYCLING

  • Riverbourne Chertsey
  • 7.30-8.20pm

COACHED SWIM TRAINING

Group Run Session

  • Woking Park
  • 6.30am-7.30am
  • Meet at the bandstand

Group Run Session on a Friday morning. Various distances and format based on groups preference.

Park Run

  • Group meet up at Woking Park Run
  • Starts at 9am
  • Meet at the bandstand

Group Ride

Typically Sunday Mornings will see a group of us going out on a ride for a few hours. Start times and durations are arranged prior to the ride between the group on Facebook.

WHATS INVOLVED?

Club Run

These sessions looks to works progressively over 4-6 week blocks to improve running technique and conditioning. The session take place at various locations in close proximity to the park dependant on the particular session planned.

A typical session consists of warm up, drills, application and a conditioning set.

Swimming

Our main pool session focussed on improving technique and increasing levels of conditioning. Sessions include a mixture of drills, paced and conditioning work, every 5-6 weeks performance testing takes place with CSS testing at one of the weeks sessions.

Spin

These cycling focussed spin sessions include a mixture of drills and focussed intervals to improve your cycling fitness.

Sessions will be appropriate to the time of year and progress week on week.
