Group Sessions are included in the social membership

Coached sessions are included in the full membership or can be paid for as extras by social members.

CLUB TRAINING SCHEDULE

Coached Run Session

  • Woking Park
  • 7.30pm-8.30pm
  • Meet at the bandstand

This session looks to works progressively over 4-6 week blocks to improve running technique and conditioning. The session take place at various locations in close proximity to the park dependant on the particular session planned.

A typical session consists of warm up, drills, application and a conditioning set.

COACHED SWIM TRAINING

  • Pool in the Park – Main Pool
  • 6.30-7.30am


Our main pool session focussed on improving technique and particularly focussed on increasing levels of conditioning.

Suitable for intermediate to advanced athletes participants should expect to make this there quality of the session of the week.

GROUP OPEN WATER SWIM

  • Papercourt Open Water Swim
  • 6.00-9.00pm

Meet up with other members of the club and swim together practicing drafting, pacing and perhaps have a bit of fun racing.

GOTRI TRAINING

  • Pool in the Park – Lagoon/Woking Leisure Centre
  • 8-9pm
  • Extra Session from Club Membership £6.50 on the door

CLUB INDOOR CYCLING (till end March)

  • Woking Leisure Centre
  • 8.15-9.15pm

Utilising Woking Leisure Centres great new spin studio with Matrix IC7 Spin Bikes these sessions look to increase your cycling speed by utilising precise intervals and Wattage targets.

GROUP RIDE (April Onwards)

  • Start at Woking Leisure Centre
  • 7.15 start

Join the group for a night ride.

Various distances and paces based on ability of the group.

Group Run Session

  • Woking Park
  • 7am-8am
  • Meet at the bandstand

Group Run Session on a Friday morning. Various distances and format based on groups preference.

Currently No Formal Group Training

Social Ride

Typically Sunday Mornings will see a group of us going out on a ride for a few hours. Start times and durations are informal and arranged prior to the ride between the group on Facebook.
