Park Run
- Group meet up at Woking Park Run
- Starts at 9am
- Meet at the bandstand
Group Ride
Start times and durations are arranged prior to the ride between the group on private WhatsApp groups and Facebook.
WHATS INVOLVED?
Club Run
These sessions looks to works progressively over 4-6 week blocks to improve running technique and conditioning. The session take place at various locations in close proximity to the park dependant on the particular session planned.
A typical session consists of warm up, drills, application and a conditioning set.
Swimming
Our main pool session focussed on improving technique and increasing levels of conditioning. Sessions include a mixture of drills, paced and conditioning work, every 5-6 weeks performance testing takes place with CSS testing at one of the weeks sessions.
Spin
These cycling focussed spin sessions include a mixture of drills and focussed intervals to improve your cycling fitness.
Sessions will be appropriate to the time of year and progress week on week.
